Hannah is a native Texan with strong ties and professional experience in the Australian market. After successfully pitching her business to investors while living overseas, she decided to turn those offers down to return to Austin, TX, and launch an executive search business in the Lone Star State. After studying finance at the University of Texas at Dallas and building her early career in finance, an impromptu move to Nashville led to an opportunity in the recruitment industry. Hannah accepted a consultant role at a small search firm's Commercial Banking and Finance team, almost entirely because her territory was Texas.

Her passion for recruitment took Hannah down a path of self-improvement, allowed her to be of service to others, and even carried her to the Land Down Under. In Australia, she gained recruitment experience across risk compliance, digital and tech, commercial banking, insurance, and high fashion in the APAC market.

Call it good ol' Texan pride but she's motivated to build a company that aligns the legacy of Texas with its bright future, and Hannah sees Texas as the influential epicenter of the new tech era budding around us.
